Former Uruguay striker Walter Pandiani says the "dirty work" his countryman Luis Suarez does for Barcelona is fundamental for them to succeed.
Suarez, 28, has been at the club for a year after arriving from Liverpool for €80 million in 2014 and has scored 35 goals in 57 games during his time in a Barca shirt.
