Paul Pogba's agent claims that the Juventus midfielder could have been a Barcelona player by now had the Spanish club not been hit with a lengthy transfer ban.
Pogba, 22, was the subject of an €85 million offer from Barcelona this summer even though the club are banned from registering new players until January 2016.
However, the France midfielder committed himself to another season in Italyafter Juve rejected the bid from the European champions.
