Sort of, anyway. Mourinho has insisted he did not use the definite article at his unveiling as Chelsea manager in 2004 and only pronounced himself "a Special One." Klopp's response, after his appointment at Anfield 11 years later, was no carefully constructed soundbite, but a throwaway remark in reply to a question.
