Wolfsburg striker Nicklas Bendtner to hold talks over future - Dieter Hecking

Nicklas Bendtner is set to hold talks with Wolfsburg over his future, the club's coach Dieter Hecking has confirmed.

Bendtner, 27, did not make Wolfsburg's squad for their last two games against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga and PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League.

The former Arsenal striker has found it difficult to break into Hecking's first-team plans, making just one start and 10 appearances as a substitute this season, and the Wolfsburg coach said: "He asked for talks."
